The percussion instruments in the GEWA Liberty series are an excellent tool for use in early music education, at school, in drum groups or for drumming fun at home.
EASY HANDLING
The main range consists of durable PVC shells, making the instruments light and easy to transport. In combination with the synthetic heads, they are also particularly robust and weather-resistant. We expressly recommend them for outdoor use, e.g. at outdoor school grounds, festivals and public drum circles.
SIMPLE TUNING
Most of the drumheads are pre-tuned. This means that it is not necessary to retune them later during use. The pre-tuned heads are removable and can therefore be easily replaced if damaged. With the tunable instruments, there is a choice between classic rope tensioning (note: knowledge required for retuning) and modern tuning mechanics (only a simple tool required).
EASY STORAGE
The “Nestable” and “Stackable” versions of the GEWA Liberty drums take up very little space as they can be stacked inside each other. In combination with their low weight, this makes transportation and storage much easier.
SIMPLY EVERYTHING YOU NEED
The different drum types, sizes and tunings ensure a balanced and musical sound. In addition, the range is rounded off by classic wooden djembes in West African design and oriental-style doumbeks made of aluminum or fiberglass.
